Cobblestone Farms – Cobblestone Farms is one of the most sought after subdivisions in Maricopa, AZ. Fulton Homes built all of the homes in the area and it features a community pool, lake, tot lots and tons of well designed green belts. It is also one of the closest subdivisions to the I-10 Freeway, providing easy access of you are planning on making a commute into work. Cobblestone Farms offers several models of home ranging from 1500 square foot to over 4000 square foot, including the only basement model in the City of Maricopa. Notable residents include Bristol Palin.

Rancho el Dorado – Rancho el Dorado was the first subdivision built in the City of Maricopa. Amenities include The Duke Golf Course and Restaurant, tot lots, lake and two elementary schools. It features a variety of builders and floor plans, including golf course lots with view fencing.

Villages at Rancho el Dorado – The Villages at Rancho el Dorado are located off Smith Enke Road and Hwy 347. This features two community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, lake, tot lots and an elementary school.

The Lakes at Rancho el Dorado – This newer subdivision provides lake side lots and a combination of new build and resale homes. Meritage Homes offers a variety of models to browse through on their “Street of Dreams” that you can customize to your specifications. Is located off of Smith Enke Road east of Porter.

Acacia Crossings – Acacia Crossings is another of the original subdivisions in Maricopa, being built between 2003 and 2005. This subdivision is one of the smallest but still features tot lots and has one of the least expensive monthly HOA dues. It is located behind Bashas Grocery Store off of Hwy 238.

Homestead – Homestead was exclusively build by DR Horton and is one of the few subdivisions that still offer new build homes. Floors plans range from 1400 to 3500 square feet and offer larger single levels. Amenities include a lake, tot lots, sprawling greenbelts and is adjacent to a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Glennwilde – Glennwilde is cozy comuunity located off Honecut Road, west of Porter. It backs up to the city’s only park, Pacana Park and also features two community pools. With several differenent areas offering different builders and floor plans, a home in Glennwilde is a perfect place to call home.

Tortosa – Tortosa is located approximately 7 miles from the cent of Maricopa off Honeycutt road. The subdivision offer affordable housing and gorgeous mountain views away from the hussle and bussle of town. It features tot lots and a middle school.

Sorrento – Sorrento is also located about 7 miles outside of the center of Maricopa off Honeycutt Road. It has some undeveloped area but features unique floor plans, a tennis court and a great price per square foot.

Province – Province is Maricopa’s only Active Adult community. It features a 32,000 square foot clubhouse, featuring cards rooms, cafe, painting, ceramics, saunas, indoor pool, exercise room and more! This community is gated and offers waterfront and green belt lots.

Senita – While you are home-hunting, don’t overlook the subdivision of Senita in Maricopa, Arizona (AZ) as you will find good values. Whether you’re looking for a cozy property that a starter home offers or a large two-story home for a large family, you’re sure to get a great value here.

Alterra – The community of Alterra is located south of the railroad tracks and just a few minutes north of Harrah’s Casino.
